1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval.

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via:

UPI transfer

Bank transfer (you must provide your bank details)

We do not offer refunds to the original COD payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept refund requests in the following cases:

Change of mind after placing the order

Refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason

Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

Orders returned without prior approval
