Refund Policy for Pulsewell.store

At Pulsewell.store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


2. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval.

  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via:

    • UPI transfer

    • Bank transfer (you must provide your bank details)

We do not offer refunds to the original COD payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Orders returned without prior approval


4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at Support@Pulsewell.store
 with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Photos/videos of the product issue

  • Your UPI ID or bank account details for the refund
